It was very comfortable to communicate with the doctor he explained everything clearly and made it easy to understand, even though I am a foreigner. After the surgery, I was able to contact him directly, which gave me a great sense of peace of mind. He is very polite, attentive, and it was a pleasure to communicate with him throughout the whole process both before and after the operation.

After being rejected by multiple doctors for gender affirming care, or facing years long wait lists, Dr. Sajan came to my rescue and was able to see me for my initial consultation quickly. He and everyone on staff treated me with so much respect and kindness, and overall was a very trans-inclusive office. After receiving top surgery, everyone in the office made sure I was taken care of and answered all of my questions. My surgery went perfectly and recovery was a breeze. Every follow up appointment made me feel safe and like I was healing well.
Overall, this experience has been a very long time coming and was extremely emotional. It was so wonderful to be in an environment where the entire staff truly cared about me and my life and making sure that I was happy and healthy. Providing gender affirming care saved my life and I will be forever grateful to Dr. Sajan and his team.

He answered right away, and the calmness and confidence in his voice immediately put me at ease. Within a short time, he had assembled his team and had me prepped for surgery early the next morning.

Not only did I get results beyond my expectations, I also felt like I was working with a surgeon who genuinely wanted to uplift and protect the community, which is pretty rare to find in surgeons these days. I'd also like to point out that Dr. Sajan has recently faced serious backlash for his work in the trans community, including threats to his own family, and still continues to provide his services with a smile; that is not an easy task and I will always be grateful.
